A manual has one job: to describe what your organisation actually does, in the form the regulation requires, so the authority can approve it and your people can follow it. Most non-compliance starts with a manual that describes a different company.

Safety & Compliance Manuals

The Compliance Monitoring Manual and the Safety Management Manual are the two documents most often written once and never revised. We write them against your organisation and your approval scope, and we keep them current — including the procedures, forms and checklists that have to work alongside them.

Operating Manuals

OM-A, OM-B, OM-C and OM-D, written for authority approval and maintained through revision. Structured so a crew member can find the answer, and so an inspector can find the compliance.

Maintenance Organisation Exposition (MOE)

The MOE describes how your Part-145 organisation is structured and how it works — scope of approval, procedures, certifying staff, quality system. We match it to your actual capability rather than to a template, which is where most audit findings against an exposition begin.

Continuing Airworthiness Management Exposition (CAME)

The CAME is the foundation document of a CAMO: how you manage maintenance programmes, airworthiness reviews, records and occurrence reporting. We write it with the underlying procedures, so the exposition and the working practice describe the same organisation.

Minimum Equipment List (MEL)

Developed against the MMEL and kept aligned with your fleet and your operation. An out-of-date MEL is one of the quickest routes to a finding, and one of the easiest to prevent.
